For years, I walked beside women in their most powerful and vulnerable moments. That work taught me how sacred the body truly is.
I began practicing yoga the same year I became a mother—over 17 years ago. Since then, my practice has ebbed and flowed with every season of life. Sometimes, yoga was the only thing that helped me feel grounded (and honestly, sane).
After the birth of my last baby, I experienced pelvic floor dysfunction and stepped away from my practice out of fear. But with time, research, and patience, I found my way back—and was reminded just how much yoga supports my well-being. That experience inspired me to pursue my 85-hour prenatal yoga certification so I can better support women in their own practices.
Yoga met me when I needed it most. Now, I offer it back as a tool for healing, resilience, and reconnection—especially for women.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. It’s an honor to be considered as your guide.
With love,
Heidi
